Our Agreements
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we utilize two electronic agreements that clearly outline the responsibilities of both the Buyer and FurryTail Ragdolls.
Kitten Reservation Agreement: Once your application has been approved, you will receive our Kitten Reservation Agreement. This agreement explains and outlines the terms of the non-refundable Kitten Reservation Fee, and both the breeder and buyer responsibilities.
Kitten Contract: Prior to your kitten going home, you will receive our Kitten Contract. This agreement covers your kitten's health guarantee, spay/neuter requirements, microchip info, TICA registration requirements, buyer obligations, and the lifelong commitment we make to every kitten we produce.

Our Lifetime Committment
FurryTail Ragdolls kittens are never intended to enter a shelter or rescue. If, at any time during your kitten's life, you are no longer able to provide care, we ask that you contact us first.
As outlined in our Kitten Contract, ownership of the kitten must be returned to FurryTail Ragdolls so we can carefully evaluate and place the kitten in an appropriate new home. If a rehoming fee is collected, the original owner may receive the proceeds, less any reasonable expenses incurred for veterinary care, transportation, boarding, grooming, or other costs associated with preparing and placing the kitten.
